1. 探視人 Visitors 為確保動物安全，探視人請先辦理電話預約(XXX 轉 XXX)。探視時僅限飼主或委託人共 2 人。

2. 探視預約 Visiting Appointment

◆週一至週五探視服務；請於1天前向檢疫區獸醫師預約，完成預約登記後，若無法前來請務必事先來電 (0XXXX1 EXT XXX) ，以方便其他飼主可以遞補。預約登記會客亦可預約登記使用洗滌室，可為愛犬洗澡。

The visiting service is available at PM: 2:00 to PM: 3:30 from Monday to Friday (Except for national holidays). Please make a reservation one day before the date of visiting.

To make change or cancel an appointment, please call the number (Tel: XXXX1 Ext. XXX); it may help for others reservation on the waiting list.

In addition, we also provide the bathing room for your pets. You can also make a reservation for aforesaid facility in your appointment of visiting.

探視時間 ：週一至週五 下午 2 ： 00~3 ： 30 國定假日除外

Visiting time: Mon. – Fri. 2 ： 00~3 ： 30 PM( Except for national holidays)

探視次數(Number of visits) ：依會客室預約情形而定，且每週不超過3次。

Depending on the availability of the reception room, and no more than 3 times a week.

3. 規定 Rules

◆檢疫期間及檢疫結束後，請勿饋贈檢疫區人員禮物或食物，以免造成我們的困擾。

According to the relevant integrity policy, our officials and staffs are not allowed to receive any foods or gifts from you during / after for conducting the post-entry quarantine duty.

◆訪客請留在會客室內勿四處參觀。

Visitors are only can be allowed to stay in the authorized area for fulfill the permit of visiting.

Please do not leave the appointed premise while visiting your pets. Rambling around the restricted area is not allowed.

◆可自備零食餵食，但請告知檢疫區工作人員或獸醫師餵食內容及份量。

It will be welcome to feed your pet(s) with treats during visiting, however, please inform our veterinarian staff or officials in advance.

◆飼主請配合各項書面規定及口頭要求，以確保所有犬貓生活品質及檢疫區工作效率。

To ensure the regular duty among our service, visitors must follow the relevant rules set by post-entry quarantine station.

◆飼主探視時應約束其他探視人及其動物之行為。勸導不聽的飼主，檢疫區將以動物福利為前提拒絕其探視。若飼主因不接受建議而危及自己、他人、或區內犬貓之安危，該飼主需負完全責任，並在放行前禁止該飼主來訪。

Visitors are requested to be responsible for performance the constraint all actions of accompany person or your pets during visiting. If any occasion being violate the rules set by post-entry quarantine station, or anyone being disturbed by your violation; then you will be refuse to entry and asked for leaving immediately. In addition, any damage or lost caused by aforesaid violation must be borne by visitors.
